“After that, bells and whistles started obtaining additional to it and the expense went up,” Holmes claimed of Washington Avenue. “I assume this is back to the standard … the small price to taxpayers.”
Mayor Dillon Meek explained he is especially thrilled for the task, which was just one of the initial he mentioned when he joined the town council five several years in the past.
