A P.E.I. teen’s worry for the Island’s bat population has turned into a tiny on the internet organization setting up and marketing bat homes, referred to as Beddy Bye Bats.
The thought started off with a Grade 8 science venture by Dominik Davis, 14, about the small brown bat.
“When we were at school, we did the science truthful and I did not get to go on to provincials for the reason that it acquired cancelled, simply because of COVID,” Davis explained.
“And when I brought it residence, we bought it out, and my mom considered it would be a wonderful concept to begin developing bat residences.”
