Co-operative group Langley Group Benefits Society has secured funding to create its individual social housing on the Langley estate in Middleton – the very first local community-led housing team in the Rochdale borough.
Langley Community Advantages Culture is designed up of men and women who either dwell in or have a connection with Langley.
