‘Codfather’ Carlos Rafael looking to purchase up true estate in Dartmouth

DARTMOUTH — While finding tangled up with federal brokers participating in Russian mobsters drove the Codfather back on shore and out of the fishing industry, the 68-year-aged and his family have turned their attention to organization ventures on land. 

At an Oct. 19 organizing board assembly in Dartmouth, Carlos Rafael’s lawyer, John Markey, introduced a proposal for an around-55 rental apartment complicated task on 131 acres off Hathaway Road. 

Carlos Rafael, who gained national attention as "The Codfather" for crimes he committed while he was in charge of a large portion of the city's fishing fleet, has now turned his focus to real estate development in Dartmouth.
