Bull Street Baptist Church nears finish of 12 year renovation project

From a new nursery, recording studio and Sunday university lecture rooms to exterior upgrades and modernized kitchen, bath and laundry services to improved serve faculty learners, a 12-yr renovation venture at Savannah’s Bull Street Baptist Church is last but not least nearing completion.

Dubbed ‘Beyond 2020,’ the last renovations of the multi-stage master approach of the 200,000 sq.-foot campus is coming to completion under the direction of local architecture business Felder & Associates, Brooks Design Team and Households with Hart Design.

The renovations started 12 several years back with a new roof and updates to the HVAC system, but then they made the decision to hold likely, stated Bull Street Baptist Church Pastor Calvin Fowler.

“When we talked about elevating cash back again then to substitute the roof and units, we felt like it would virtually be tragic to raise the variety of dollars essential to do that and then for the congregation to not see any progress or advance, for the reason that all of individuals points have been out of sight,” Fowler reported.
