A 123 sq. meter, 5-place, next flooring condominium with an elevator and parking on Recanati Street in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was offered for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 square meter, a few-home, fourth flooring apartment with a safety space, 14 sq. meter balcony, 13 square meter storage home, elevator and two parking areas in the Blue Task overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, conditioning space and tennis courtroom in the setting up was sold for NIS 6.4 million.

Rehovot: A 90 square meter, 4-room, 2nd flooring condominium with an 8 square meter sun balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Avenue was offered for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 square meter, five-space, fifth flooring apartment with a 12 sq. meter sunlight balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Nordau Road was marketed for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 sq. meter, four area, 2nd floor apartment on Hakerem Avenue was marketed for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
